82Randolph Keliiokomeikai Medeiros, 60, of Kaneohe, a maintenance employee for Ko'olani apartment complex, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Tiare and Kristie, son Justin, parents Ralph Sr. and Laverne, brothers Ralph Jr. and Lance, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
