75Alan Yoshio Nakatsuka, 54, of Sacramento, Calif., a City and County of Sacramento civil engineer, died in Sacramento. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Cindy M., daughters Amy Y. and Beth Y., mother Gertrude N. Ogawa, brother Gary and sisters Patrice Peacock and Marsha Powers. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
