78Conception Delatorre "Connie" Basconis, 82, of Santa Rosa, Calif., a retired salesclerk and cashier, died in San Rafael, Calif. She was born in Hawi, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Liz Perez and Debbie Reaves, son Trason Jr., brother William Delatorre, sisters Marcy Perkins and Caroline Cordero, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. June 19 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
