Edward Patrick Cahill Sr., 91, of Pepeekeo, Hawaii, a Mobil Oil engineer, former director of air and water quality for Dade County, Fla., and a retired Navy Reserve commander and World War II veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Bronx, N.Y. He is survived by son Edward Jr., daughter Maureen Coli, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services at a later date.
