Esther Ratcliffe, also known as "Lyn" and "the Angel Lady," 94, of Lihue, a Navy lieutenant junior grade, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Thompson, Ill. She is survived by son Michael, daughter Christina and five grandchildren. Private services.
