David Otis Goodman, 74, of Aiea, a retired Air Force Office of Special Investigations administration manager, USS Bowfin ambassador of aloha and retired Air Force chief master sergeant, died. He was born in Greenwood, S.C. He is survived by wife Annie, son Clint D.M., daughters Doris Pagaduan and Julie Vanghan, brothers Everette Goodman and John Brigman, former wife Donna, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha attire.
