79Pulefano Angelo Galea'i, 35, of Chicopee, Mass., died in Springfield, Mass. He was born in Hartford, Colo. He is survived by father Pulefano; mother Susan; brothers Alexander L. Galea'i, Tama Halverson and Christopher Maleko; and sisters Maleana G. Ava, and Tagimalie and Penina T. Galea'i.
