Ronald Wayne Herlick, 72, of San Antonio, formerly of Honolulu, a construction consultant and estimator, and a Navy veteran, died. He was born in Saginaw, Mich. He is survived by sons Steven and Wesley, daughter Julie H. Kearney, brother David, sister Barbara H. Losey and three grandchildren. Services pending.
