DICK SHIGEMI HAMADA Dick Shigemi Hamada, age 92, of Honolulu passed away on May 27, 2014. He was a retired Planner and Estimator Supervisor for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and also served in the 442nd Infantry MIS - OSS Detachment 101. He was born in Kukuihaele, Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Irene; son, Luke (Corinne); daughter, Peggy Ho (Herbert); sisters, Bernice Stewart and Ruth Tsunoda; and 4 grand- children. Services will be held Sunday (6/22) at Hosoi Garden Mortuary 4:30 PM; visitation 3:30. Casual attire, no flowers. Dick's final resting place will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
