69Simeona Navarro Respicio, 92, of Waialua, a Waialua Sugar Co. retiree, died in Wahiawa. She was born in San Vicente, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons Fred, Albert and Roland; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
