69Hazel Makahilahila Oliveira, 65, of Kahului and Hana, Maui, died in Washington. She was born on Oahu. She is survived by life companion and caregiver Reinhardt "Papa" Crowell; daughters Lisa Oliveira-Tua, Momi Oliveira-Tomaszek, Julie Oliveira-Payton, Judy Oliveira-Souza and Laurielyn Oliveira-Loa; brother Robert "Kanani" Makahilahila; 13 grandchildren; and three hanai grandchildren.
