Yoshiharu Akasaki, also known as "Yoshi" and "Slim," 84, of Ewa Beach, a retired Coca-Cola Bottling Co. employee and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by sons Kirk and Guy, daughters Anne Fritz and Laurie Ornellas, brother Thomas Miyashiro, sisters Marge Maki and Jean Onaga, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
