David Otis Goodman, 74, of Aiea, a retired Air Force chief master sergeant for the Office of Special Investigations and ambassador of aloha USS Bowfin, died. He was born in Greenwood, S.C. He is survived by wife Annie, son Clint D.M., daughters Doris Pagaduan and Julie Vaughan, brothers Everett Goodman and John Brigman, former wife Donna, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha attire.
