73Frank Ronald "Ron" Rapoza, 71, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County Department of Water Supply pump technician, president of the Mountain View Mini Mart and Gas 'N Go, and former vice president of the United Public Workers Big Island division, died in Pohai Malama. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Myrtle; sons Dr. Guy, Russell and Kelly; sisters Barbara Koi and Joyce DeReis; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Wednesday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo.
