81Richard R. "Miranda" Silva, 60, of Papakolea, kumu hula of Na Pua o Melia and a cosmetologist, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by mother Cecilia "Aunty Cissy" and sisters Ella Webb, Francine "Franny" Popoalii and Donnie Hoover. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 5:30 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
