Sammy Kwai Wing Young, 84, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Defense general service administration maintenance employee and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born on Lanai. He is survived by wife Jacqueline, son Michael, daughters Cindy Gillis and Valarie Faima, brother Stanley, sister Susan Lum and two grandchildren.
