Raymond Yukio Miyabara, 94, of Honolulu, a retired laboratory technician for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, an Army veteran who served with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team during World War II, and recipient of two Bronze Stars and five Purple Hearts, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care. He was born in Kaupakalua, Maui. He is survived by daughters Sharon Y. Miyabara and Lynne A. Schenk. Private services.
