Simplicio Tabac, 88, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a retired building maintenance supervisor for Honokaa State Hospital, a TV repairman and an Air Force staff sergeant who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Demetria; sons Jonathan and Eric; brothers Amador and James; sisters Herminia Villa, Anita Tabac-Powers, Rosita Ebreo, Beatrice Tabac and Marina Silva; and two grandchildren. Private services.
