Edward Lee Ashlock, 81, of Kapolei, a retired Navy lieutenant commander who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kane, Ill. He is survived by wife Sylvia I., daughter Leilani Lavin, brother Gerald "Butch," sister Judy Clendenen and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
