72Velin Galolo "Vel" Gragas, 70, of Honolulu, a retired Washington Middle School cafeteria employee, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by husband Roberto; sons Ross and Gannon; brothers Remy Pascua and Don Galolo; sisters Marina Pascua, Adelle Weber and Kalei Degracia; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
