Daniel H.C. Ing, 69, of Kailua, an Army veteran and Hawaiian Telecom cable splicer, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Duane; daughters Christine Nichol and Shirley Ing; brother Victor; sisters Patricia Lee, Brenda Iwami and Linda Lovewell; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Hope Chapel Olomana. Services: 11 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. July 7 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
