75Hubert F. "Cowboy" Silva, 69, of Pearl City, a retiree from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Shop 56, died in Hilo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Frances D., sons Robert and Richard, brother Gerald and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
