81Janice Szemplenski, 61, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Mental Health Kokua case manager, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in California. She is survived by husband John. Celebration of life at noon Sunday at Calvary Chapel, Lihue.
