Masayuki "Masa" Matsumoto, 88, of Hilo, a retired grocery products salesman and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Keopu, Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by daughter Iris Wong, companion Mayumi Ota and two grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
