Pedro "Peter" Novicio, 89, of Oxon Hill, Md., a Navy veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Mendez, Cavite, Philippines. He is survived by wife Remedios V., sons Norberto and Raynaldo, daughters Carolina Turay and Cynthia Martinez, sister Adoracion Enano and five grandchildren.
