81Carlmentina Pililani Kahookele, 33, of Waianae died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by father Walter P. Sr.; mother Martha R.; brothers Walter Jr., Walton, Waltis, Waltence and Waltron; hanai brother Johnny Kaleikilo; and sisters Calmentina Himalaya-Kutzen, Clementina Meafou, and Claymentina and Clairmentina Kahookele. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Friday at Moanalua Mortuary Chapel. Services: 5 p.m. Cremation to follow.
