75Anastasia Silva "Butterball" Higa, 50, of Honolulu, an account technician for the morale, welfare and recreation office at Pearl Harbor Naval Station, a certified nurse assistant at St. Francis Health Care System Convent and resident manager of Lakeside Cornet, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by companion George Arakaki Jr.; son Honeyten Silva; daughter Tasia Gomez; brother Hiram Silva; sisters Natasha "Mopp" Clarin, Melania "Fats" Silva, Jeanette Teel and Natalya "Nita" Spotkaeff; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Flowers welcome.
