80Ruben Caraang Baguio, 69, of Honolulu, a retired foreman in the construction industry, died in Nuuanu. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Clementina; sons Erwin, Roy and Richard; brother Cesar; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
