72Samuel Oliva Ho'olulu, 68, of Hawaii, a retired carpenter, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Kailua. He is survived by son Kainoa; daughter Kimberly Jaques; brothers Andrew, Harry, Ernest and Richard Ho'olulu; sister Liz Evangelista; and five grandchildren. Services: 9 a.m. Saturday at Kailua Beach Park. Scattering of ashes to follow.
