79Severino Llapitan Butay Sr., 55, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a Kauai County Parks and Recreation caretaker, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Cagayan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Magdalena, sons Richard and Severino Jr., daughter Cathy, mother Lorenza, brothers Percival and Cayetano Jr., sisters Evangeline and Felina, and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 7:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kekaha Public Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
