74Jack Fotheringham, 80, of Honolulu, a retired judiciary clerk, died. He was born in London. He is survived by wife Joan and sister Elizabeth Booth. Donations suggested to Hospice Hawaii or the John A. Burns Scools of Medicine Willed Body Program.
