75Francis Akira Shiotani, 84, of Mililani, a retired certified public accountant, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Papaikou, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Edith; sons Dwight, Eric and Andrew; brother Barney; sisters Norma and Elsie; and four grandchildren. Private services.
