Richard Goichi Tamaoka, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Monarch Jade and Gems clerk and an Army veteran, died in Arcadia Retirement Residence. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Betty F., sons Wesley and Bradley, daughter Joyce Bajet, brother Kelly S., six grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire.
