73Arsenia Garcia Cagauan, 57, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Munoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. She is survived by daughter Allenya, brother Bernardino G. Jr. and sisters Josefina G. Cagauan, Virginia C. Hanrieder and Carmen Cagauan Conel. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 5:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
