74Anna Franko Louis, 65, of Pearl City, a homemaker, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia. She is survived by sons David, Andrew and Jerome Louis, and Anthony Liwis; daughters Prisilla Finnell, Davida Olap, Melissa Frank, Liliana Markgraf and Melipi Johnasen; brothers Amansio and Thomas Franko; sisters Chiako and Lucy Franko, Teddy Manchester, Julia Lino and Tomasa Neely; and 12 grandchildren.
