James Joseph "Jim" Maloney, 92, of Hilo, a GTE Hawaiian Tel treasury division manager and a Navy veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Burlington, N.J. He is survived by wife Lillian P.; sons Patrick, Thomas and James Jr.; daughters Mary Maloney-Roberts and Margie Lee; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
