75John Henry Seitz, 55, of Wailuku, a mechanic at Maui Land & Pineapple Co. and Maui Department of Water Supply, and part owner of S&S Welding Services, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by wife Debra, son John H. Jr., daughter Rita E., brothers Ken and Paul, and sisters Diane Hankins and Karen Slater.
