Joyce Fay Brees, 83, of Jackson, Calif., died. She was born in California. She is survived by sons Burton L. and Steve L., four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside committal service at noon Tuesday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
