78Frank Arnise Jr., 59, of Lahaina, a Royal Lahaina Resort engineer and landscaping manager, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Frank III and Allen, daughter Shaylen, parents Frank Sr. and Philemena, brother Frederick, sister Francine King and five grandchildren.
