73Denny Clifford Dement Sr., 87, of Waimea, Hawaii, a Honolulu Board of Water Supply retiree and retired Securitas Security Services security guard, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Bertha P., sons Kai Kaholokai and Bert Dement, daughters Marilei Lindsey and Ann Dement, brother Ronald, sisters Maile Shidaki and Marvis Fujita, 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Monday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Waimea Church. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Waimea County Cemetery, Mormon Section. Casual attire.
