73Isabella Yee Moy Tong Javier, 97, of Hilo, a homemaker, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by daughter Lisa; brother Clarence Tong; and sisters Elsie Bow and Agnes Tong. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 1. Casual attire. No flowers. Donations suggested in her memory to St. Joseph School or St. Joseph Church.
