James Isamu "Jimmy" Narahara, 89, of Honolulu, a retired University of Hawaii at Manoa custodian and an Army veteran who served on the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Company G, in World War II, died in Leahi Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Evelyn Y. "Nara," son Milton Y., daughter Lori H. Tanno, sisters Mary U. Fukumoto and Esther T. Baba, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
