73Roberta Nohea Azevedo Thomas, 75, of Kailua, a retired medical administrator at Straub Clinic & Hospital, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Dr. William, daughters Elizabeth and Kathleen, brother Dalbert Azevedo, sister Marcia Langendoen, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
