78Valerie Ann Teixeira, 64, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired receptionist with Kauai Medical Clinic, died at home. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by husband Robert; sons Sean Ornellas and John Teixeira; daughters Trace Aki, Shelli Ornellas and Sherri Torio; brother Wesley Ladera; sister Janet Silva; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
