Honey Kalaukapu FisherHONEY KALAUKAPU FISHER On July 29, our beloved Honey was serenaded into heaven by her loving family as they gathered together for her final Aloha in Mystic, CT. Honey Kalaukapu Robinson was born March 8, 1921 in Waimea, Kauai to Otillia and Oliver Robinson. She graduated from Waimea High School and the University of Redlands. Honey married Kenneth L. Fisher in 1943 and made their home in Kailua where they resided for over 40 years. In the early 90's, they moved to Mystic to be closer to family. Her 93 years of life was blessed by her faithful and devoted husband of 71 years and her memory will live on in her surviving family who include daughters Pamela (Don Brennan), Ceseli (Peter Milstein), grand- children Laurin, (Rupert Huse) Sonnet, (Sam Amoroso), Aaron (Megan) and Malia, as well as her great grandchildren, Max Amoroso and Leilani Milstein. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. A graveside service will be held in Waimea, Kauai at a later date when we are able to bring Honey "home". Please visit www.byles.com for a full obituary, to sign the guestbook, or to share a memory. We all bid you sweet Aloha, Honey. A hui hou, Mama. Until we meet again.
