William John Blake, 82, of Kula, Maui, a city parks and recreation supervisor and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa General Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jeanette "Lana" Salvador-Blake; stepsons Robert and Quirin Salvador; stepdaughters Luana Paris, Emmaline Yogodich, Wendelyn Aina and Yvette Ocampo; brothers Archie and Daniel; sisters Esther Ching, Pauline Castillo and Cindy Lauas; 19 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Seventh-day Adventist-Wahiawa, 1313 California Ave. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 1 p.m. Monday at Maui Veterans Cemetery. Aloha attire. No flowers.
