74Vivian Penna Mandrigues, 86, of Lihue, a Hopaco office clerk and Kress Store salesclerk, died. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by sons Melvin and Vernon, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lihue. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.
