75Billy George Mitchel, 69, of Pepeekeo, Hawaii, a farm worker, real estate sales employee, landscaper and caregiver, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Oklahoma City. He is survived by son Shanti J. and sister Glenda Palmer. Graveside services: 11 a.m. Friday at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
