75Thavanh Svengsouk, 79, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Foreign Service officer, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Vientiane, Laos. He is survived by wife Malichanh, sons Jefferson and Franklin, brother Ngoc Nguyen, sisters Kim Chi Nguyen and Hao Nguyen, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Laotian Buddhist services. Aloha attire.
