81Toni Jo Miyashiro, 62, of Kailua, a former preschool teacher, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She is survived by husband David M., sons David Roscoe and Anthony Miyashiro, daughter Elisa Roscoe-Zavala, brothers Emil and Ricky Avalone, and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
